Each of the below links will take you to a cool video along with some more info about the particular type of massage covered. I don't claim to be an expert in massage and I don't claim that the practitioners in the videos are perfect. Some of the comments on the YouTube site question their technique. Others don't.

I think they're pretty good, they don't have to be perfect. Check out a certified trainer or good massage therapy school to learn the right way to do any form of massage.
