Here's the form to use if you'd like any sort of reply. This is probably the one to use if you want to submit an article or whatever. Your email is not added to any sort of list.

When the contact window pops up just click "Contact" if an email field isn't showing.

Feedback/comments with No Reply Needed:

If you just want to say Hi or offer feedback or whatever, but don't want to leave your email address, then use the Feedback Form. Just click "Feedback" when the window pops up if it's asking for an email address.

For link requests you can either use the feedback form or go to the directory and fill in the form there.

Note: The links pop up a small window where you can fill you the form. If you don't see it appear then you may be running a script blocker, such as the one used by the Firefox browser. You'll have to enable scripts for this site to see the contact form.

PS: If you like this contact script and want to put one on your site then you can get your own copy here, for the brutally expensive price of $7. That'll crush the bank, won't it? ;) It runs on most web hosts, but probably not on free services, such as Geocities, since your host will need to have PHP enabled.

It should also run on your Wordpress blog.
